makes sense, cause it used to be when we first learned to hydrate, they included it in the dinner, to get hydrated, but now we know we can drink anytime, carrying bottle etc…so eating time is just food and a bit of h20, and drinss (wine) just when we like, I guess during the meal…
thanks for the tips, sit, water more during the day and chew thoroughly…
