Episode 270:  Hallie’s Inspiring Journey

In this week’s podcast episode, Hallie shares her journey from being a college student to a speech-language pathologist (SLP), business owner and mentor. She discusses her experiences in grad school, working in the schools, and starting her own private practice.

Hallie also talks about her failed attempt at launching an online business and her shift into mentoring other SLP business owners. She emphasizes the importance of self-growth and overcoming fear in pursuing one’s goals.

She discusses the challenges and identity shifts that come with this transition and emphasizes the importance of staying true to oneself, putting in hard work, and surrounding oneself with a supportive team.

Hallie  also highlights the need to protect one’s business and boundaries in the face of competition and challenges.
